1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Custom Orders
All sales of custom-made art prints are final due to the personalized nature of the products. Refunds are only available for defective items upon delivery.
2. Cancellation and Refund Process
2.1 Cancellation Requests

Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before production begins), a handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative and preparation costs.

Pseudo Orders: Orders identified as pseudo (e.g., fake or fraudulent) will incur a deduction of up to 50% from the refund amount. This fee reflects costs associated with handling and investigating fraudulent transactions.

Fraudulent Transactions: If fraud is detected, the entire order will be canceled, all associated costs will be charged legally, and no refund will be provided.
2.2 Refund Request Process
To request a refund for defective items upon delivery, customers must contact our support team at support@jonnadee.com. Our support team will provide instructions and a return shipment label if a refund is approved. Refunds will only be processed if the return is initiated according to the instructions provided by our support team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Handling Fees and Additional Charges
Any fees incurred from banks, credit cards, or other financial institutions related to the refund process, such as transaction fees or chargeback fees, will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, provided the return complies with our support team’s instructions. Handling fees and additional charges will be deducted before issuing the refund.

Custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of defect or error upon delivery.
3.2 Defective Items
If an item is defective upon delivery, we will replace it upon receipt of the defective item and confirmation from our support team.
