Your legal guarantee
Every Jonnadee art print is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law. This guarantee lasts at least two years from the moment your print reaches you. It is free of charge and does not depend on any additional purchase.
What it means for you
If your print is not as it should be — a printing fault, damage on arrival, or a piece that differs from what you ordered — you are entitled to have it put right. First by a replacement or a repair. Where that is not possible, by a price reduction or a refund.
How to let us know
Write to us with your order number and, if you can, a photo of the print. You will find our contact details on our imprint page. We will look at it with care and come back to you personally.
This legal guarantee is separate from your right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. You can read more about that on our returns page.
