Refund policy

We hope your print finds its quiet place on your wall. If it does not feel right after all, you are free to change your mind. Here is how that works, simply and honestly.

Your right to withdraw — 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days begin on the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the print. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days begin when you receive the last one.

To withdraw, you only need to let us know clearly within those 14 days. The easiest way is to email us at support@jonnadee.com. You may also use the model withdrawal form further down this page. Either way is fine.

What happens next

  • Please send the print back within 14 days after you have told us you are withdrawing. We will tell you where to send it.
  • You pay the cost of sending the print back. We ask this so that we can keep our prices fair and simple for everyone.
  • We refund the full price you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until the print has reached us, or until you have shown us it is on its way.
  • We refund using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • Please pack the print with care, ideally in its original tube or packaging. If a print comes back damaged through handling beyond what is needed to look at it, we may deduct the loss in value.

If something is wrong with your print

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, that is ours to put right — not yours. You pay nothing for this. Please write to us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. More about this on our Legal Guarantee page.
